RETURNS, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY
MADE SUITS ACCESSORIES (Ties, Suspenders, cufflinks, Shoes)
All sales are final and are non-refundable.
For our Accessories only we allow an exchange within 14 days from date of receipt of your order for customers in Singapore, subject to availability. The only request we have is that you exchange the items unused, without scratches or stains .
Please contact us to make an appointment for the exchange at our showroom.
For international customers, we apologize that we do not offer exchange service at this moment. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you may wish make a new order separately and return the original product to us for a refund (subject to the conditions indicated in the Returns section above).
MADE SUITS BESPOKE | BESPOKE TO MEASURE | MADE TO ORDER
We keep a strict No-Refund Policy for our Made to Orders sizes garments , Made to measure Garments / Bespoke Garments and all our Accessories. Because they are made specifically to your specifications so they cannot be returned and no refunds will be made.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in your order if there is any pandemic or natural disaster.
We will not be solely responsible for client whom have not collected their garments for more than 60 days from their date of purchase and any changes in their body measurements will be subjected to alteration payment or if the client is unable to fit in the garment due to the huge change in their body, will have to bear the cost to remake the garment. If a complimentary alteration have already been made the timeline given would be another 60 Days from the alteration completion date.
Any deadline of the garment promise to the client will be subject to changes by MADE SUITS Singapore
We are not responsible for any last minute changes made by the client should the final decision of the customisation of the garment is confirm.
MADE SUITS Alteration of Garments
We provide all garments with a Complementary one time alteration within a period of one month from the date you have received your garments. If your Made to Measure/ Bespoke garment cannot be alter within a period of one month from the date you have received, we will offer you a full remake of your new garment.
We will not do any complimentary alteration or be responsible for any complimentary items which was “gifted” or given to the client.
Client will have to bear the cost of the alteration amount base on the “suit satisfaction” booklet given to them or they can refer it to download one here
Any realteration of the garment must be returned within one week from the date of collection.
We will not be responsible for any alteration of garments which was not made by us or have been wore for more than 30 days after alteration.
MADE SUITS DELIVERY
Clients are fully responsible for all export and import requirements when transporting our garments or receiving them, including payment of applicable duties and taxes.
Made Suits use a third party services delivery company like DHL and Fedex express.
MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS (for online purchase only)
If your custom suit, jacket, or trouser fit does not fit, we’re happy to provide the following adjustment options:
Have the garment adjusted by your own local tailor. Send us a photo of the receipt and we’ll provide you with store credit or a refund (up to $150 SGD for a suit, $80 SGD for a jacket and $50 SGD for trousers).

Allowances generally may depend on fabric weave, quality, measurement profile, and designs. These allowances generally apply to all garment types: shirts, suits, jackets, pants for men and women.
Our tolerance of production (cutting commitment) is based on international standards.
