CAPE’D KIDMOHAIR

Mohair comes from the Angora goat. In addition to strong elasticity, high wrinkle resistance, and silk-like shiny luster. The natural characteristics of strong affinity for dyes make it full of color after dyeing, which is deeply loved by designers and buyers. Mohair, which is not easy to accumulate heat like sheep wool, has excellent thermal insulation performance and is not easily deformed. It is definitely an ideal clothing material in warm climates.

However, the super tough characteristic has become the double-edged edge of mohair. Therefore, it is necessary to cut the angora goat when it is young and preferably in summer to obtain a finer mohair (so called Summer Kid Mohair), which is mixed with wool to create a high-quality material with both wrinkle resistance and comfort.

Harrisons' Cape Kid series is made of 60% summer young mohair from Cape Area, South Africa, and 40% Super 100s wool blend. Weighing only 240g, it has the advantages of light body, airiness and anti-wrinkle. It already has the necessary elements of summer suits, and with a slightly shiny luster, it will make you more attractive in summer.
